The Santa Laura Solar Park, with an installed capacity of 2.99 MWp, will generate up to 6.5 million kilowatt hours of electricity per year. It is located in the Valparaíso region near the town of Cabildo, about 100 km north of the capital Santiago. This is the third project to be built in Chile by Czech entrepreneur Zdeněk Sobotka's SOLEK Group. The plant was built and connected to the grid in 2018, and a year later, in 2019, the SOLEK Group sold it to French investment company Reden Solar.
