The Bicentenario solar park, with a total installed capacity of 2.99 MWp, was connected to the grid in 2020 and sold by the SOLEK Group to Rockville Energy Holdings SpA, an investment company of Rockville Capital Group, in February 2021. The SOLEK Group will continue to provide expert management of the plant, i.e. O&M services, so that as a fully operational plant it will help meet the Chilean government's goal of securing 60% of its electricity from renewable sources by 2035.
