Support clean energy production and environmental protection
The global development of solar energy creates interesting opportunities for cooperation with landowners and farmers.
With the growing emphasis on renewable energy sources, the construction of solar power plants is increasing. These power plants, which use the sun’s rays to generate electricity through solar panels, make a major contribution to the transition to sustainable energy solutions. More than half of our project portfolio in France consists of agri-projects, where photovoltaic installations are seamlessly integrated with agricultural activities, such as pastures for livestock or fields planted with crops such as strawberries or olive trees. We plan to extend this model to other countries and promote symbiotic relationships between solar energy production and agriculture.
One of the defining aspects of our approach is our commitment to long-term leases rather than land purchases. By only entering into 25-year leases, we emphasise stability and security for landowners. This arrangement provides them with a stable passive income for the duration of the lease agreement. It is necessary to clarify that we operate solely based on lease agreements, to avoid the complexities of repayments or outright purchases.
Our initiatives in this area benefit not only landowners but also offer exciting opportunities for farmers. Through our agri-projects, farmers can diversify their income and continue their agricultural activities in parallel with solar energy production. By installing solar panels on farmland, farmers can optimise land use while contributing to sustainable energy production.
When approaching landowners and farmers about potential lease contracts, our goal is to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. Our standard lease agreements reflect our commitment to transparency and fairness and offer both parties the opportunity to maximize the potential of their land while contributing to clean energy production and environmental protection.
Advantages of using the land for the construction of a solar power plant and cooperation with us:
Regular, guaranteed income for the period of 25+5 years
Providing a steady and guaranteed income for 25 years, extended for an additional 5 years, ensuring financial stability
Comprehensive supervision from start to finish
Full control and management of the entire process, including administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation
Using solar energy for your own activities
Strengthening energy self-sufficiency and more sustainable operations
Promoting clean, green energy and renewables
Mitigating the impacts of climate change, leaving a healthy environment and diverse nature for future generations
Preserving soil quality
The implementation of solar power plants without soil degradation, solar panels also improve the productive properties of the soil, reduce irrigation requirements, and protect it from extreme weather events.

Criteria for the location of photovoltaic sources
Proximity to built infrastructure and spare distribution capacity
Convenient access to existing electrical distribution and spare distribution capacity in the area, which facilitates connection and sufficient power supply to the operation.
No easements
Location unencumbered by legal or administrative barriers, which offers freedom for a variety of land uses without significant restrictions or limits.
Access to public communications
Convenient accessibility by public road, which provides easy transportation and logistics for both people access, and for the movement of goods or equipment.
Great Sunlight
Favourable exposure to sufficient sunlight, which provides excellent potential for harnessing solar energy and efficiently implementing solar-powered solutions.
10 or more uninterrupted acres of land
Sufficient space for various agricultural or construction purposes, offering enough space for large-scale projects or cultivation without interruption.
Flat terrain (maximum land slope 6%)
Minimise complications caused by uneven surfaces.
No wetlands or rare flora/fauna species
Absence of wetlands or rare flora/fauna species, ensuring minimal ecological impact and facilitating unrestricted land use.
