Our activity is primarily based on the use of clean and infinite energy from the sun.
But we recognise that our role in society is more than just opening up access to green energy. We are committed to continually building a better world by conducting our business in a way, that preserves and restores biodiversity, enriches health, the safety and well-being of our employees and stakeholders, promotes social justice and creates positive impacts within the communities where we work and live.
Shaping corporate culture and compliance is an indispensable part of our long-term strategy. We firmly believe, that our efforts in this area will effectively reduce the risk of unethical or wrongdoing and improve the overall perception of our society internally and externally. To this purpose, we have adopted a number of internal ESG policies.
Sustainability is not just a phrase for us. To clearly demonstrate our motivation, we joined the UN Global Compact on Sustainability in the summer of 2022. By joining this initiative, we have become part of an alliance of businesses and organisations around the world, that are committed to upholding the 10 human rights principles, labour standards, environmental protection and the fight against corruption.
We are committed to contributing to 10 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. These 17 goals were set at the 2015 UN General Assembly and outline efforts to, to be achieved by 2030.

Whistleblowing
As part of the company’s open communication policy, all employees and interested third parties are encouraged and expected to, to report potential violations of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics without undue delay, or concerns related to a possible violation of this Code or any violation of applicable laws or company policies. We have established an internal whistleblowing system and accept notifications in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on Whistleblower Protection, as amended.
