SOLEK’s management structure consists of a Board of Directors, a Supervisory Board and a Senior Executive Team.
SOLEK is led by senior executives with experience in design and operations, financing and asset management and a strong legal background in mergers and acquisitions.

The Board of Directors of SOLEK HOLDING SE currently has two members elected and removed by the General Meeting. The term of office of each member of the Board of Directors is 6 years. All members of the Board of Directors are senior executives who possess the relevant skills and knowledge required to systematically support the company’s growth strategy and provide objective decision-making and advice.

Supervisory Board
