SOLEK Holding Chile has signed a framework agreement to develop, build and sell solar projects in Chile to BlackRock’s Global Renewable Power Fund  III

SOLEK Holding Chile has signed a framework agreement to develop, build and sell solar projects in Chile to BlackRock’s Global Renewable Power Fund  III (GRP  III). Thanks to the agreement, our company will develop up to 28 individual photovoltaic power plant projects with a total capacity of up to 200 MW under the PMGD/PMG program, as well as take care of their operation and maintenance.

Regarding this agreement, at the beginning of this month of May, the closing of SOLEK’s Quilmo project was celebrated – adding a total of 35 MW, in addition to a visit to two of the projects already sold; Valparaiso located in the V Region and Nancagua located in the O´Higgins Region.
