As of June 2, 2026, SOLEK has officially adopted a new corporate identity and will continue its operations under the name COVENERGO.
This change reflects a new stage in our journey – with new ownership, renewed energy, and a strong vision for the future. While our name is changing, our mission continues to evolve: delivering reliable energy solutions built on strong technical expertise and foundations.
Operating as COVENERGO, the company continues to specialize in the development, engineering, construction, operation, and commercialization of renewable energy projects. Our portfolio includes utility-scale solar power plants, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and comprehensive services covering the full lifecycle of energy infrastructure projects across international markets.

The rebranding affects the company’s visual identity and corporate name only. Existing contracts, legal entities, services, management, and commitments to customers and business partners remain unchanged.
