Summary of the Role:
- An Advisor of the Group CEO will use strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills to assist in transferring company strategy to operational activities through an organization.
Principle Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
- Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to align company focus
- Planning, coordinating, and keeping the contents of a meeting focused
- Determining key performance indicators and how to measure team performance
- Manage the day-to-day affairs of an organization, managing office disputes and solving problems without burdening the Chief Executive.
- Consultant to the Chief Executive, offering recommendations
- Other activities are in line with the instructions of the line manager.
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 5-7+ years of business development, corporate strategy, and/or executive management experience
- Strongly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and planning skills
- Ability to diffuse work conflict without bringing it to the attention of the executive leader using strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
