In the environmental field, SOLEK has firmly embedded values that are reflected in the report. The company's primary focus is on reducing the impact of its business on the planet, biodiversity conservation, resource efficiency and waste management. In addition to achieving carbon neutrality and ISO 14001 certification of its assets, SOLEK plans to develop an investment plan by 2025 to invest in biodiversity and ecosystem conservation. Key objectives also include increasing the installed capacity of solar power plants in the global portfolio, thereby contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
In addition to its environmental objectives, SOLEK also focuses on social responsibility. By 2025, SOLEK also plans to develop an investment plan that allocates investments to support communities and by 2030, it aims to have 100% of its operations certified to ISO 45001. In the area of corporate governance, the company aims to maintain seamless compliance with laws, and regulations, and to train 100% of employees on business ethics annually. By 2030, it plans to have 50% of its supplier portfolio supporting sustainability initiatives.
