SOLEK GROUP participating in chilean program for renewables diversification

The solar power plant Amparo del Sol built and operated in Chile by PV Power, member of Solek Group, was visited by Alvaro Herrera, Ministry of Energy Regional Secretary for the region Coquimbo.

A 2,962 MW power plant belongs to a group of PMGD projects supported by the Chilean government. This unique renewable sources development program involves the installation of clean power plants up to 9 MW while it emphasise the diversification of various renewable energy sources into distribution networks within a region with maintaining the effectivity of energy supply.
