The Aeropuerto solar park, with a total installed capacity of 6.63 MWp, was connected in 2021, with new modules added in May 2022 to increase the plant’s capacity. Located in the O’Higgins region, the power plant was built for the investment company Rockville. The SOLEK Group continues to provide O&M services to ensure maximum efficiency and full operational functionality. The solar park was developed under the PMGD regime for distributed energy resources, through which Chile ensures its energy security by diversifying power generation sources across its territory.
