SOLEK’s first Sustainability Report outlines how we’re driving positive environmental outcomes throughout our business in three key ways:

- Respecting nature by responsible management of its resources while protecting the environment and biodiversity.
- Empowering our employees by creating a safe and inclusive environment.
- Generating value for our shareholders and customers through ethical and responsible business. 

This report features data and performance highlights from our 2022 fiscal year (January 1 to December 31, 2022).

The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is focused to promote honest, ethical and professional business conduct and to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, rules, related self-regulatory organization standards, and codes of conduct applicable to the Group’s activities worldwide in order to protect the business and reputation of the Group as well as the best interests of the Group’s shareholders and other stakeholders.

As part of SOLEK’s open communication policy, all employees and involved third parties are encouraged and expected as early as possible to report possible violations to our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics ("CBCE") and any violations of applicable laws or company policies.

SOLEK has established an internal whistleblowing system and accepts notifications pursuant to the Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on Whistleblower Protection. At this link you will find all the whistleblowing channels along with a description of how to submit and track notifications.

The purpose of our integrated Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Social Responsibility policy is to establish our commitment to proactive, consistent and sustainable management in these matters.

In the face of dwindling global resources and climate change and its impacts, we have decided to play an active role in improving the situation.

We have embodied our perspective in a comprehensive sustainability strategy, which is a set of ethical principles for our approach to employees, society and the environment. These principles have guided us and will continue to guide us in the long term.
